Information Collection and Use
The DoubleVision App provides an interface that enables you to log into your Facebook account on your mobile device. In order to allow you to fully interact with these accounts, when you access these services through the DoubleVision App, you allow us access to the full range of information available on those accounts; however , we do not collect or store all of this information. For example, on Facebook, we have access to:
Access to this information is necessary so that you can fully interact with your accounts through the DoubleVision App, since DoubleVision is not developed by Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Please note, if you allow DoubleVision to have access to this information, then we will have access to this information even if you have chosen not to make that information public. We use this information so that you can interact with your Facebook account, but we do not collect or store all of this information. Instead, we collect the following for the purpose of providing a better experience:
Contact information such as name, email address, or phone number (if provided)
Demographic information such as gender, age or date of birth
Unique Identifiers such as Facebook Username, Instagram Account, or Twitter username
Preferences Information such as product or content interests, or communication or marketing preferences
Anonymous usage activity about how you interact with the mobile application, such how long you used the app and which features you used.
Device specific information such as the type mobile device being used, its operating system, its Unique Device ID (UDID), and what other apps are installed on the device.
Location-based data such as GPS coordinates, your proximity to cell towers, or wi-fi routers. You must opt-in before we collect any location-based data.
Your Stored Contact Information, such as your friends list or the address book stored on your mobile device. You must opt-in before we collect any stored contact information and we will only use this information to provide you the ability to call or contact those individuals in your address book.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the DoubleVision App. We also use such information, including personal information, to improve the Service, and to develop new products and services; to prevent abusive and fraudulent use of the Service and our other services and systems; to personalize and display advertisements and other content; and for other administrative and internal business purposes.
Additionally, by providing us your contact information (including, for example, by "liking", or adding our application to or within any account you have on Facebook or another third-party website or platform, or by otherwise providing your email address or other contact information to us), you consent to our using your email address or other contact information to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You also agree that we may send you notifications of activity on the Service, including via email or "push" notifications, and other information relating to the Service, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings.
Personalized Advertising: We may use information collected about you in order to provide personalized advertising within the DoubleVision App. For example, we may use demographic or location data to select an advertisement which might be of interest to you or recommend another application or service. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third party advertisers and we will not disclose your identity without your explicit consent.
Non-Personal Information: We may share non-personal information, such as anonymous aggregated user statistics with third parties for a variety of purposes. But we only do so in such a way that no individual user is identified or linked to any specific action or information.
Access, Correction and Deletion
You can review and update the personal information in your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts by using the DoubleVision App or by logging into www.facebook.com. We have no control over how Facebook, Twitter or Instagram uses or discloses the personal information you provide to it. For information about how Facebook may disclose your information, including any information you make public, please consult the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram Privacy Policies.
To manage the information DoubleVision receives about you from Facebook, you will need to follow the instructions in your "Account" and "Privacy Settings" on Facebook, for updating your information and changing your privacy settings. If you no longer want us to make active use of your information, you may send an e-mail to email@example.com. Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address in the body of the e-mail. We will respond to your request as soon as practical and within thirty (30) days. Deletion will be initiated immediately, and your information will be purged from your account shortly thereafter. Additional backup copies of deleted information may persist for a short time. Please note that some information may not be able to be deleted from all databases and backup records and that certain records, for example those pertaining to payments or customer service matters, will be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

Security of your personal information
DoubleVision is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on secure computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities.
Our data is stored on servers located in the United States. Personal information collected through the DoubleVision App may be transferred to, stored and processed in countries or jurisdictions which do not provide the same legal level of data protection as your home country. By using the DoubleVision App, you consent to any transfer, processing or storing of information outside your country of residence.
Children Under 13 Years of Age
The DoubleVision App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), DoubleVision will not knowingly collect or accept personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13.
Special Information for California Consumers
California residents may request a list of certain third parties to which we have disclosed personally identifiable information about you for direct marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response. You may request this information in writing by contacting us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to thirty days for a response.
